Our Story

Juan "Jose" Pineda

Welcome to Olympia Salsa!

I’m Juan “Jose” Pineda, proud owner of Olympia Salsa. Owning a salsa company has been my dream for a number of years. As the youngest son of Mexican immigrants, food is a family affair! I was honored to have spent time learning from my Mom’s recipes, especially her salsa recipes using her molcajete - a traditional Mexican version of the mortar and pestle.

With the help of my family, the dream to create Olympia Salsa became reality in 2018. Our focus as a family business is simple: “To celebrate and share our salsa with you and to create a community filled with flavorful food and full bellies.”
